"I had to bring my 2019 Honda Odyssey here to get a transmission replaced. Jim was very upset front and transparent with everything. Also beat any price I found. It was very frustrating to get a transmission put in my van with less than 80k miles, but Jim made it a lot easier to deal with. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing transmission work. Very high knowledge of transmissions! Always keep me updated along the way!"

"I was referred to Family Transmission by my brother in law based on his positive experience with my nephew's truck transmission rebuild. I thought my 2016 Tahoe transmission was going out at 93,000 miles, so I made an appointment. They reset the computer system and all is well. There is nothing wrong with my transmission. They could have totally sold me a new transmission for $7-$8K, but instead chose to be honest about the situation. I definitely recommend Jim and his team if you are looking for an honest opinion. When you are there, be sure to meet "Super Man", one of their lead team members. He's pretty cool."
