Good Honest Business

"I was having trouble with my 2015 Chevy Silverado shifting hard. Dealership wanted to put a whole new transmission in to the tune of about $6,000. After talking to Jim he advised it was a common thing with these trucks and 90% of the time flushing the transmission fixes the problem. So that’s what we did and when I picked the truck up (the very next day) it was shifting good! Thank you Jim for being very knowledgeable and honest!"

You never feel rushed when speaking to him on the phone. He takes his time to discuss what is going on with your vehicle and does so in a manner that is easy for the lay person to understand but not condescending. As a bonus, if there is a matter that doesn't fall under the shop's purview, Jim is able to recommend other service centers in the area.
