"I took my 2015 Ford F-150 in after a Houston area Ford dealership found a loophole to avoid warranty repair. Jim with Family Auto & Transmission attempted a flush / cleaning to see if that would work first (which I was credited for later) before ultimately having to replace the transmission (which is what I was told was needed by the Ford dealership). Jim was transparent, honest, and was able to make the repair in a matter of a couple of days, vs weeks at a dealership. Thank you for your clear communication, reasonable prices, and getting me back on the road quickly. If you are in Montgomery County, TX and need transmission repair / replacement - this is THE PLACE to go!"

"Let me start off by saying THANKS JIM AND TEAM! My truck went into limp mode on Sunday dropped her off next day Jim called me a couple hours already diagnosed and had my truck back Wednesday half way through the day . Anybody knows how expensive and stressful transmission repairs are, not woth this place. I recommend to anybody that is in need of transmission repairs to come here and save themselves the headache."

"Jim was such a blessing after not knowing what was wrong with my Kia telluride and paying other mechanics for he quickly did the diagnostic then let me know it was the transmission. He got my part in one day and my car was done the next day. Jim even saw there was an overcharge and call immediately to let me know. Their name suits them they are honest and knowledgeable and don’t take ad. I highly recommend this shop."

"Jim and his team did an excellent job in accommodating me within a tight schedule. He was very fair in giving me all my pricing options and really tried his best to give me the best option with all things considered. They did the job and even when something was not exactly as it should be, they asked for the van back to make sure it was in perfect condition before fully releasing the vehicle back to me.
