"Honest and Friendly! It is hard to find a shop like Jim runs. I usually try and work on my vehicles but could not figure the problem out. I thought I had a transmission issue with my Tahoe so I dropped it off at Family Transmission and I even received a ride back home. Jim and his team diagnosed the problem and let me know that it was an issue with my starter bendix that was broken. Jim set me up with another shop for the repair. The crazy thing is, I was not even charged for locating my problem. It is so refreshing to meet and do business with someone you can trust. Jim will always get my transmission business."
