"I was driving when my transmission went out. I did a quick google search to find a transmission shop nearby. I saw Family Transmission and it had great reviews. It’s hard to know who to trust these days. So I called Jim and he comforted me and asked me good questions. He was honest and upfront about everything. I could not have been more impressed. His shop goes the “extra mile” for those who know what that saying means, another way of putting it is Above and beyond. You can trust these guys. Thank you very much!"

"Jim was knowledgeable, friendly, eager to help. my problem turned out to be a miscommunication code to my transmission due to a loose battery terminal. he didn't charge me a dime. very honest man because I was sure my transmission was going to need to be rebuilt"
