"Loved it! My 97 Caddy with only 90,000 miles would not shift. Got Estimates from other shops of $2200.00 to $3000.00. Family Auto changed a solenoid and flushed the fluid. $429.88 - worked perfect. They are my shop forever."

"Jim and his team at Family Auto and Transmission Service in Magnolia are really good people._I thought I was going to need an expensive transmission rebuild. My van wouldn't shift and two other shops told me (without even seeing my van) that I needed to have the transmission rebuilt for at least $2,000._Jim at Family Auto checked my van out for free and told me I needed a sensor. I was out the door for less than $100. They even brought it to my job when they were done."

"The dealer wanted to charge me $6443.00 for my 2003 VW Bug transmission. Family Auto did it with a $700.00 computer replacement. It is working great!"
