"Jim and his team at Family Auto and Transmission Service in Magnolia are really good people._I thought I was going to need an expensive transmission rebuild. My van wouldn't shift and two other shops told me (without even seeing my van) that I needed to have the transmission rebuilt for at least $2,000._Jim at Family Auto checked my van out for free and told me I needed a sensor. I was out the door for less than $100. They even brought it to my job when they were done."

"The dealer wanted to charge me $6443.00 for my 2003 VW Bug transmission. Family Auto did it with a $700.00 computer replacement. It is working great!"

"Family Auto did a fantastic job for us. They picked up our car at our house, handled the maintenance, and brought the car back to our home. We loved the fact that we didn't have to juggle drivers, cars, or find a friend in order to get the work done. Family Auto handled it all. We didn't need a car that day, but they offer a loaner if needed._They were professional and handled everything without any hassle on our part._Carina K"

"I am a grandmother raising a 14 yr old grandson alone on disability. This year has been hard for us financially. My transmission went out on my truck (which is my only transportation to dr's office). I went online for affordable repair to get it fixed. A gentleman named Scott returned my call and explained they have a special for $300.00 off labor. He sent someone to pick up my truck (37 miles away) and told me they would return it at no cost. I told him of my situation and the fact that I have no money for my grandson for Christmas much less for repairs. We discussed the possibility of financing the repairs. Today I recieved a phone call from Jim telling me that the repairs will be a christmas gift to me as well as other repairs needed. He asked me for sizes my grandson wears so they can give him something to open for Christmas. They went way beyond what had to be done. They are mine and my grandsons Santa and have helped me to believe that angels do exist. Thank you Jim and Scott (and all at Family Auto Servises) for the Merry Christmas that would have otherwise been spent with worries and tears. I am still overwhelmed by the fact that they have never met me and would do this for us. God Bless you all at Family Auto."
