"Amazing shop. I have always been skeptical of shops, but here they took care of my truck and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Just reset my codes. Honestly, the most honest shop I have ever been to. A customer for life!"

"Great shop to work with. Jim and the others I spoke to couldnt be nicer. Spoke to Jim about my Expedition with a torque converter issue to get a replacement price. Ford quoted $3k-$6k and another small shop wanted about $1500 but couldn't get to it for a week or more.
Jim told me the TC commonly does this and may not need to be replaced. Said he could test it and tell pretty quickly.
Long story short, Family Auto fixed the truck and it has driven great, no more shudder. Plus it was a fraction of the cost to fix it and he had it back to me in a few hours.
Highly recommend them! Honest shop trying to do good work. And you'll know in a few minutes of talking to Jim that he loves what he does and knows his stuff."

"Honestly, one of the most honest, professional, & affordable mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of going to, & I can confidently say I won't be going anywhere else. The best part is that this is one of the few places willing to work on our 1995 gmc.
Jim made sure we understood the problems going on, making sure we didn't pay for any service he couldn't garuntee would fix the specific issue, and was able to do the work that was within our budget. He even went as far as to talk with us about other small issues he noticed and what solutions we can personally try for other unrelated problems we spoke to him about.
There are lots of cars in the lot, and it's not hard to see why! Even with a full lot, Jim and his employees work really hard to ensure everyone get their vechicles done properly and in time.
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone."
