"Honestly, one of the most honest, professional, & affordable mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of going to, & I can confidently say I won't be going anywhere else. The best part is that this is one of the few places willing to work on our 1995 gmc.
Jim made sure we understood the problems going on, making sure we didn't pay for any service he couldn't garuntee would fix the specific issue, and was able to do the work that was within our budget. He even went as far as to talk with us about other small issues he noticed and what solutions we can personally try for other unrelated problems we spoke to him about.
There are lots of cars in the lot, and it's not hard to see why! Even with a full lot, Jim and his employees work really hard to ensure everyone get their vechicles done properly and in time.
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone."

"I had two transmissions put in at My Transmission Experts in Montgomery. Both failed right after the warranty expired. $7000 plus down the drain. Family transmission installed the third transmission two years ago and I have not had a problem since. Don’t waste your time and money anywhere else"

"10 out of 10. As a professional myself it is a pleasure speaking with some who clearly has mastered his craft. Jim has transmissions dialed in!__I had a transmissions flush done on my 2017 Chevy Silverado with 110k miles. It drives noticeable smoother. Wish I had this done 2 years ago. Will only be using Jim for all future transmissions work."

"Toyota quoted me $9700 to fix the transmission on our Sequoia, Jim and his guys at Family Auto got us fixed for less than $1k. Rock solid service, good communication, and Jim was very upfront and open about what they we going to do. Excellent, highly recommend!!"
