"I found Family Auto & Transmission Service and stopped by to have our 2014 Honda Odyssey transmission looked over. Jim was very personable, honest, and helpful. He found that the issues I was experiencing were engine related and unlikely related to the transmission. After explaining the issues, Jim coordinated to have the vehicle moved to another shop to address the engine issues. The diagnostic and transport of the vehicle to another shop was of no cost to me, and the kind of service we are dream about. "I could not recommend Jim and his team more! They were so great and so helpful with my car. Another mechanic told me the repairs would cost me more than triple what I ended up paying here and my car is running perfectly. Jim was so accommodating with transportation and shared his knowledge with me, not that I understand it but I trust him fully.
